Binance TR and global: linked transfer is not one account
Separate Binance TR's contract, verification and linked-transfer conditions from Binance global; account linking does not make every service interchangeable.
Keep two account scopes on the worksheet
Binance TR's contract names its Turkish platform entity. A global-platform connection does not replace that agreement. Record which service holds the asset before choosing the fee, verification or support process governing the next action.

Distinguish linked transfer from an external chain
The TR schedule describes transfers between the two platforms separately from external-network withdrawals. Confirm the route on the actual screen. Internal fee treatment must not be generalised to another exchange or wallet.

Verification stays a local account obligation
The historical update explains why an old account could require renewed identity checks. Linking is not proof that all regional steps are complete. Read the current Binance TR state rather than the other platform's verification badge.

Trace from both ends
Keep the sender's reference and recipient's status for an existing permitted transfer. The regional contract also describes approved addresses and additional controls. Check the actual notice instead of assuming linking removes every restriction.
