Identify the snapshot time

The FAQ and terms calculate daily maximum loss from balance at 12:05 AM UTC. That means 00:05 UTC, not noon, and the breach test includes equity.

Check the recorded terms before acting

  1. Daily snapshot: 00:05 UTC
  2. 5% × USD 50,000 = USD 2,500
  3. Profit rule uses 00:10 UTC

Work only the selected programme

For a hypothetical 2-Phase snapshot balance of USD 50,000, the stated 5% daily allowance is USD 2,500. Another programme's 4% rule cannot be substituted into that example.

Monitor open and closed results

The terms include losses in open and closed demo trades. A closed-trades-only report can therefore miss an equity breach while a losing position remains open.

Do not merge the profit clock

The separate daily/per-trade profit rule references 12:10 AM UTC. Record both clocks independently; their five-minute difference does not create permission to exceed either rule.
