DayTraders EOD drawdown: the 50K floor still binds intraday
DayTraders EOD updates the trailing reference at the close but enforces the resulting floor during the session. For 50K, the $2,000 trail starts at $48,000 and stops at the $50,000 starting balance. Vietnam is restricted for new accounts.
Close-based update, live enforcement
The dedicated EOD page separates the highest closing balance used for updates from intraday threshold enforcement. An intraday unrealised high is not automatically the new EOD reference. However, falling through the already established floor can fail the account before the close.

Diagram explained
EOD does not suspend intraday breach checks
- Start: $50,000 − $2,000 = $48,000
- Hypothetical close $51,000 → $49,000
- EOD trail stops at $50,000
Follow an independent two-close history
Assume a 50K account closes first at $51,000. Subtracting its $2,000 distance gives a $49,000 floor. If the next close is $50,500, the reference does not step back down, so $49,000 remains. This hypothetical sequence illustrates trailing, not realised trader performance.

The trail eventually stops
For this EOD model the stop is the initial balance, $50,000 on 50K, in both evaluation and Pro. Do not borrow another firm’s initial-plus-$100 lock. Check the current dashboard value after a new high close and before a payout.

Evaluation objectives remain separate
The 50K evaluation also lists a $3,000 target, two qualifying days and a 50% consistency test. Reaching the target does not cancel drawdown enforcement. The programme is simulated, and its country exclusion still applies to new or additional accounts.
