The opened agreement names ETO Market Limited, Seychelles, and its own document date. The registration portal also mentions group authorisations. A group footer does not establish which company contracts with you; use the issued agreement before applying its payment clauses.

Credit can still support an open obligation
Clause 17.4 permits withholding for open-position losses, margin needs and other specified obligations. Before asking why the full balance is unavailable, list open positions and the amount requested. A hypothetical balance minus a request is only a cash subtraction, not a margin-sufficiency test.
Keep funding in the account holder's name
The same agreement requires own-account funding and complete payment details. A third-party deposit can be refused or returned. If payment information needs correcting, use official support privately; the privacy policy describes identity and transaction-processing uses of personal data.
Do not turn a processing clause into arrival time
Clause 17.8 distinguishes processing requests from the receiving bank's credit. Its timing is qualified, not a universal arrival guarantee. Retain the request and transfer references, ask which stage is incomplete, and request the applicable method-specific deductions rather than assuming zero bank costs.
