FundedNext: what to establish before choosing a programme
Country eligibility comes before challenge selection. The terms checked on 27 October 2026 list both Vietnamese citizens and residents among the restricted groups for CFD services. The examples below explain the rules; they are not an invitation to buy a challenge from Vietnam.
Standard cycle: first 21 days, then 14 days; base reward share 80%.
Three profitable days: each must reach at least 1% of the initial balance; base reward share 60%.
On-Demand: at least 2% account growth, with the best day no more than 40% of total profit; base reward share 90%.
The Stellar 2-Step page says the choice is fixed at purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. Paid options may differ; the highest share is not the default. Reaching a day count does not itself mean a reward has been approved, and processing after approval is different from receipt.
A brand-level ranking can conceal the details that decide whether a programme fits a trader. Start with FTMO CFD Challenge 2-Step Standard, The5ers High Stakes New and FundedNext Stellar 2-Step CFD with its standard payout option. These names define the scope, not a claim that the three contracts are interchangeable. Fix an account size and purchase date before comparing a fee or loss allowance.
Write down your own constraints before looking at a score: residence and citizenship, manual or automated trading, holding periods, news exposure and time available for review. This prevents a large advertised account or high headline reward share from determining a decision before basic compatibility is checked.

A headline reward share is not a promise of payment.
Match the exact program, size and phase. The purchase fee is not the same as a deposit or the displayed simulated capital.
Read daily and total loss rules, trailing calculations, restricted strategies and news or weekend conditions.
Check country eligibility, the contracting company, KYC, reward request dates and payment conditions. A payout headline alone does not answer these questions.
Use eligibility as a gate, not a score
An unavailable programme does not become suitable because it scores well on price. FundedNext’s current Terms section 5.3 excludes Vietnam residents and citizens from CFD Services. That makes an eligibility check essential for Vietnamese readers, and this comparison is not a recommendation to register. Apply the same discipline to every provider’s current country restrictions rather than inferring access from language support.
Next, identify the entity named in the agreement and the service being purchased. An incorporated company, a technology affiliate and a payment processor can perform different roles. Record the relevant counterparty rather than attaching every group company or licence to the account. Where the agreement is unavailable, keep the field unresolved.
Test rules against your own trading pattern
Model one ordinary day and one difficult day using the same hypothetical trades for each programme. Include an overnight position, trading costs and the daily reset. Compare the remaining room after the scenario instead of comparing percentages in isolation. The calculation should show which rule is binding first and which assumption could change the result.
For The5ers, published High Stakes and general 2-Step FAQs currently disagree on important limits. Mark those rows as unresolved until the purchased version is identified. Do not quietly use whichever rule makes a strategy appear viable. A comparison can still be useful when it shows exactly why a conclusion cannot yet be made.
Use the same hypothetical profit, then apply each exact option’s reward share, eligibility requirements, payout timing and transaction charges. Separate a fee refund from recurring trading rewards. Include the cost of optional features only when you actually need them. A programme with a higher headline split can deliver a different cash outcome after thresholds, waiting periods or fees.
The useful final answer is a conditional shortlist: fits these needs, conflicts with these needs, or needs clarification on these provisions. Keep the sources and verification date beside the conclusion. None of those categories predicts passing a challenge, future profitability or an approved payout, and FINEX has not conducted comparative account tests for this checklist.
