HTX reserve reports: compare dates and stablecoin groupings
Read HTX's dated reserve announcements without mixing snapshot dates or changing USDs groupings, and separate provider claims from current live evidence.
Record snapshot and publication separately
HTX's April and June announcements describe snapshots earlier than publication. Record both dates. A June article is historical evidence about the stated snapshot, not an October live-reserve reading.

Check changes in the stablecoin basket
The April report describes a USDs aggregate for dollar-pegged stablecoins. The May report says USDS was added. A grouped-total change cannot automatically be read as inflow into an unchanged basket.

Attribute the redemption commitment
June's communication links ratios with HTX's redemption commitment. FINEX has not tested that promise or reconstructed liabilities independently. Keep the published statement separate from continuous withdrawal or solvency conclusions.

Use a scope-change comparison column
Record snapshot, publication, named assets and basket changes for each report. Leave today's ratio unknown without an opened current report. This gives a useful historical comparison without manufacturing a live assessment.
