Instant Funding refunds: first trade and tax wording
Read Instant Funding's first-trade and fourteen-day cancellation clauses together, retaining contradictory tax wording rather than publishing an unsupported all-in fee claim.
The first trade matters
The June terms make fees non-refundable after one placed trade or fourteen days, subject to applicable consumer-law requirements. A small test order is still a placed trade under that wording.

Diagram explained
Resolve invoice tax and cancellation scope
- First trade changes refund scope
- Fourteen-day notice clause
- VAT wording needs clarification
Cancellation and refund are not identical
A separate clause provides a fourteen-day cancellation notice process. Read it with fee provisions; cancelling dashboard access does not by itself establish the refunded amount.
The tax descriptions conflict
Clause 9.3 calls service charges tax-inclusive, while 9.5 says fees exclude VAT to be added. Obtain the actual invoice and clarification rather than assuming one universal all-in price.
Preserve the evidence chain
Save purchase time, invoice, first-order history and cancellation notice. This source comparison does not determine an individual statutory refund or treat simulated losses as money owed to the firm.
