Libertex Portfolio versus CFDs: fractions, direction, dividends
Read product mechanics before treating two stock exposures as identical ownership or fee arrangements.
Two columns have different mechanics
Accounts describes Portfolio fractions from 0.01, without leverage or pending orders, versus buy/sell leveraged CFDs. Portfolio’s no-swap claim does not apply automatically to a CFD on the same stock.

Diagram explained
Equal notional does not mean equal legal rights
- Assume a USD 200 share price
- 0.05 fraction × USD 200 = USD 10
- Footer: CFD does not deliver the underlying asset
An equal-notional example
At an assumed USD 200 share price, 0.05 represents USD 10 notional. A USD 10 CFD exposure does not establish identical legal rights, delivery or costs. This only multiplies fraction by price, without verifying custody or availability.

Dividends and cash adjustments
The account page separates Portfolio balance dividends from CFD financial-result adjustments. A CFD adjustment is not proof of underlying share ownership; the footer expressly disclaims CFD asset delivery.

Identify account and price source
MetaTrader has separate Standard/Raw pricing and WELCOME separate credit rules. Confirm product/account and in-app agreement rather than combining Portfolio fee headlines with CFD campaign conditions.
