LucidPro consistency: the 35%/40% purchase-reset boundary

LucidPro’s current payout page uses 40%, but its dedicated consistency article retains 35% for an older purchase/reset cohort. The date is 28 November 2025 at 3 PM EST. Vietnam remains restricted by citizenship or residence.

Check the cohort before calculating

The consistency article says 40% applies to accounts bought or reset on/after the timestamp, while older accounts retain 35%. Its overlapping “on or before” wording at the exact boundary needs clarification. Keep the invoice/reset timestamp with the applicable written answer.

The same history can pass one cohort and fail another

  1. Hypothetical best day / total = 38.46%
  2. New cohort ceiling: 40%
  3. Older cohort ceiling: 35%

One history, two eligibility results

An independent $1,000 best day over $2,600 cycle profit is 38.46%. That is below 40% but above 35%. At 35%, at least $2,857.15 total is needed to move below the ceiling; future losses or a new larger best day change the calculation.

Reset the denominator after a payout

The payout and consistency pages say the test resets each cycle. A lifetime profit figure can therefore give an artificially low ratio. Record best day and eligible cycle profit together, then check the minimum profit goal, retained buffer and payout cap separately.

A ratio is not the full payout decision

LucidPro funded is simulated, and meeting consistency does not establish actual transfer receipt or LIVE placement. Country eligibility remains a separate gate. Do not use the old first-$10K split exception unless the account’s purchase/reset cohort actually qualifies.
