Pipcy funded risk: the separate 4% floating limit
No daily drawdown on a challenge page does not remove the funded account’s separate aggregate floating-loss rule.
Keep evaluation and funded scope separate
Mastery marketing lists no daily drawdown, while Classic has its own evaluation parameters. Pipcy’s Terms of Service expressly distinguish evaluation from the later Account Agreement. A permission or missing daily limit in one stage must not be carried into another without checking.

Diagram explained
Challenge daily-loss wording does not replace funded rules
- Illustrative initial funded balance $10,000
- 4% reference amount = $400
- Net open P/L includes offsets and swaps
The cross-reference uses net open-position loss
The terms cross-reference a funded-only 4% maximum floating loss against initial funded balance. Open-position profits offset open losses and swaps are included. This is not 4% separately on each trade, nor 4% of a later enlarged equity reading.

Show an offsetting portfolio without a loophole claim
On a hypothetical $10,000 initial funded balance, +$80 open profit and −$430 open loss give −$350 net before any additional swaps. A further $60 loss would give −$410. The terms specify breach only when net loss strictly exceeds $400 in this example.

Ask for the actual Account Agreement
The terms also reference closing positions at each Reference Period end. The full funded agreement was not opened in this research, so the precise period and all breach consequences need confirmation. Do not treat this article as a complete funded rulebook.
