Swissquote UK: stops, Bid/Ask and next price
A sell-stop example at 100 with a 99.6 next fill separates triggering from execution.
The triggering quote
Execution triggers Buy Stops on Ask and Sell Stops on Bid, with the same policy for trailing stops. A one-sided chart alone cannot establish an incorrect trigger.

Diagram explained
Triggering does not guarantee the fill
- Buy Stop: Ask; Sell Stop: Bid
- Assume stop 100, next fill 99.6
- 20 units × 0.4 = difference of 8
The next price can differ
Assume a sell stop at 100 for 20 units, with the next available fill at 99.6: 0.4 × 20 equals eight quote-currency units. This illustrates slippage before spread/fees, not an actual fill.

No price can mean rejection
The source permits better/worse fills or rejection when no price exists. An ordinary stop is not a guaranteed loss cap; account-table EA/HFT permission does not change that execution mechanism.

Retain both quote sides
For reconciliation, retain timestamp, Bid/Ask, order type, account/server and fill confirmation. Match the UK agreement and legal documents; no execution test or broker-fault finding from one screenshot is made.
