Apex EOD $50K: payout gates beyond the split
The 100% split applies only to an approved request; qualifying days, safety net, consistency and request caps still apply. Vietnam is restricted.
The PA is simulated, not a cash deposit
The EOD PA is a simulated funded account following evaluation. The $50K payout row needs five qualifying days of at least $250 net profit each, a $52,100 safety net and at least $52,600 balance to request the $500 minimum. A nominal $50K label is not withdrawable cash.

Diagram explained
The payout percentage is only one eligibility layer
- $50K PA: 5 qualifying $250+ days
- Safety net $52,100; request balance $52,600
- Approved split still has request and lifetime caps
Check concentration without using the boundary
The policy excludes a single day accounting for 50% or more of period profit. Hypothetically, a $600 best day with $1,300 total is about 46.15%; $600 with $1,200 is exactly 50% and does not satisfy the stated strict wording. Other requirements remain separate.

Do not multiply a headline into unlimited payments
The EOD policy permits no more than six payouts per PA and has account-size/request-number caps. A 100% approved split does not remove those caps or make the safety-net balance withdrawable. Keep the current payout number with the size-specific table.

Eligibility and receipt need separate evidence
Apex lists Vietnam as restricted. This guide explains a published mechanism, not an offer to restricted readers. Save request approval and recipient credit separately; FINEX has not tested a personal payout or verified that one trader qualifies under every PA condition.
