BEM inactivity: the 31-day opened-trade rule
Read BEM's default thirty-one-calendar-day inactivity wording and product exceptions without importing another firm's completed-trade definition or unlimited-time assumption.
The default mentions opening a trade
The current terms describe prolonged inactivity as failing to open at least one simulated trade for 31 consecutive calendar days unless product rules say otherwise.

Diagram explained
Use BEM's own inactivity definition
- Default: 31 calendar days
- Clause says open a simulated trade
- Check product-specific criteria
Do not substitute another firm's definition
Some firms require a trade both opened and closed; this BEM clause uses opened. Record the exact BEM wording rather than copying a generic inactivity checklist.
Product rules can add conditions
The contract reserves additional clearly specified criteria for an evaluation. Compare the current Classic or other selected model with the default before starting an absence.
No evaluation deadline is a different question
A long evaluation window does not waive inactivity or verification obligations. Preserve timestamps and seek written clarification for unclear edge cases; FINEX has not tested a pause.
