Finotive Funding: contract hierarchy and simulation
Read Finotive Funding's current contract hierarchy, simulated-service definition and separate group-company roles before applying marketing, dashboard or FAQ statements.
A DIFC company is not a brokerage permission
The terms name Finotive Funding Technologies Limited in DIFC and expressly say these services are not regulated brokerage, custody or deposit-taking. Corporate registration is not DFSA authorisation for those services.

Diagram explained
Apply Section 7 without borrowing licences
- DIFC registration ≠ DFSA permission
- Section 7 takes priority
- Funding and Markets are separate
Accounts are non-executable simulations
The contract defines every allocation, balance and trade as notional. Market-like slippage or fees do not turn a simulated account into access to live capital.
Section 7 has explicit priority
The terms say Section 7 prevails over conflicting FAQs, support messages, marketing and dashboard tooltips. Save the rule version instead of assuming an informal answer changes it.
Related services remain separate
Finotive Markets, Pay and Futures can have separate terms and eligibility. A group financial licence must not be borrowed as protection for the Funding evaluation fee.
