FundedElite: account ownership and tool permissions
Read FundedElite's one-user-account definition, personal-use requirement and conditional copying/tool rules without assuming technical platform support means permission.
Distinguish user profile from challenge count
The terms define Account as the user's platform access/profile and generally allow one per user without written approval. That is not proof that only one challenge product can ever exist.

Diagram explained
Check the recorded terms before acting
- One user profile is the defined Account
- No third-party operation
- Copying requires express permission
Personal operation remains required
The contract prohibits sharing, selling or assigning accounts and third-party account management. Buying a pass-your-challenge service is not a permitted substitute for demonstrating the registered user's skill.
Copying needs express authorization
Section 8.2 prohibits copying between own or third-party accounts unless expressly authorized. The ability to attach copier software is technical capability, not evidence of that authorization.
Describe the exact tool before relying on it
The tools clause addresses systems that manipulate or provide unfair advantage. Ask about the named tool and functions rather than converting that wording into either all-bots permission or a universal ban.
