FundedElite refunds before the first trade
Check FundedElite's pre-trading fourteen-day refund conditions and programme-specific completion refund, without treating either route as an unconditional money-back promise.
Pre-trading refund has conditions
Section 11 permits a request within fourteen days if no trading occurred and no terms were breached, subject to company discretion. Calendar eligibility alone is insufficient.

Diagram explained
Check the recorded terms before acting
- Within 14 days, no trades
- Request remains conditional
- Programme refund is separate
Trading changes the stated refund position
The terms say evaluation fees are non-refundable once trading starts. Preserve the fee receipt and first-execution record rather than assuming a small test trade is outside that condition.
Completion refunds are another route
The contract allows fee refunds upon successful completion only where specified for the relevant programme. Lite or Catalyst marketing must be checked separately rather than generalized across every product.
Keep cancellation and pending rewards separate
Termination by the user does not itself create a fee refund, and pending rewards still need compliance. FINEX has not tested a cancellation outcome or decided an individual statutory claim.
