FundedNext EAs: check account size, platform and add-on scope
Bots and SL/TP utilities do not have the same permission on every account.
EA permission depends on the account
The EA guide dated 8 September 2026 permits conditional EA use on MT4/MT5 below $50,000 with an additional usage fee. Accounts of $50,000 or more must be manual. cTrader and Match-Trader prohibit automation at every size. Country eligibility comes first; Vietnam is currently restricted.

Diagram explained
SL/TP utilities can fall under the EA rules
- MT4/MT5: below $50,000, conditional
- From $50,000: manual trading
- cTrader/Match-Trader: no EAs
A tool can count as an EA without opening trades
The FAQ includes tools that only adjust SL, TP or lot-size calculations within its EA rules. Moving the same toolkit from a hypothetical $25,000 account to $50,000 therefore changes more than account size: permission changes too. This is a compatibility example, not advice to buy or split accounts to bypass a rule.

An add-on is not approval for every strategy
The provider requires distinct settings and strategies, and prohibits challenge-passing EAs and specified third-party-app integrations such as Telegram/WhatsApp. MetaTrader’s technical ability to run a bot does not establish FundedNext permission. Ask about the named tool, its function and the particular account when unclear.

Separate the EA fee from the challenge refund
The EA note says EA and VPS & EA usage fees are non-refundable, including when unused, and excluded from the Refundable Fee. Before payment, match the dashboard add-on, account-size permission and refund scope. A general add-on price list does not establish approval of a particular EA.
