Global Prime withdrawals: wire cut-off, minimums and fees
Separate wire submission cut-offs from receipt and inspect the minimal-trading fee exception.
Wire has its own cut-off
The page gives a 10:00 AEST/11:00 AEDT (00:00 GMT) wire cut-off for same-day processing, otherwise next Business Day. That is a processing/submission boundary, not same-day bank receipt.

Diagram explained
Submission cut-off is not bank receipt time
- Wire cut-off: 00:00 GMT in source
- Wire minimum: USD 30 equivalent
- Several other routes: from USD 10
Two requests around the cut-off
With no holidays, requests at 23:50 GMT and 00:10 GMT can fall into different submission schedules. Record portal date/time rather than only Vietnam time, then trace the bank reference after dispatch.

Channel minima differ from account names
The table gives a USD 30-equivalent wire minimum and USD 10 for several wallets/local banks. USD 20 misses the published wire threshold. A listed channel is not necessarily available for every jurisdiction/account.

Zero fees and the merchant exception
A footnote reserves merchant charges for no/minimal-trading deposit withdrawals. Do not create trades just to avoid a fee; request the net amount first. Trading commission and financing are separate costs.
