Check the recorded terms before acting

  1. Legacy holders only
  2. Higher snapshot × 96%
  3. Static floor is a separate test

The daily percentage uses the snapshot

The article takes the higher balance/equity at its stated New York boundary and subtracts 4% of that value. This differs from applying 4% only to original size.

Work an original daily example

Hypothetical balance USD 50,000 and equity USD 52,000 select USD 52,000: 4% is USD 2,080 and the resulting daily floor is USD 49,920.

Keep the static floor independent

For an initial virtual USD 50,000 account, the stated 8% static allowance gives USD 46,000. Staying above that does not excuse breaching the higher daily threshold.
