GTCFX: unused-deposit refunds versus equity withdrawals

The /en-intl policy sets a distinct unused-deposit window with entity-specific scope.

On this page 4 sections

Establish the contractual scope first

The Deposit and Refund Policy applies only where the account contracts with Anjouan-based GTC Global Trading Ltd. Refund concerns an eligible unused deposit; Withdrawal concerns available equity. Do not extend this policy to another group company.

Diagram explained

Unused-deposit refund differs from equity withdrawal

  1. Submit → next Business Day, 23:59 UTC
  2. Review → normally 5 Business Days
  3. Settlement → payment-provider stage

The credit timestamp starts the window

The ordinary deadline is 23:59 UTC on the first Business Day after the credit date, unless payment confirmation allows longer. A Monday credit with no holidays therefore gives an illustrative Tuesday 23:59 UTC deadline. Subsequent trading or allocation can remove unused status.

Five days describes review, not receipt

The policy normally reviews a complete request within five Business Days after all required information arrives. This differs from the submission deadline and settlement time. The deposit page’s instant marketing does not replace the refund-review window.

Original source and net amount

Refunds normally return to a verified original source; outside charges or conversion can alter receipt. An unused USD 200 deposit with an assumed USD 3 provider charge could yield USD 197 before conversion, but this is not a GTCFX quote. Inspect method-specific confirmation before agreeing.
