Read the March Orion contract's four-reward fee-refund milestone separately from passing evaluation, programme payments and account-closure exclusions.
Passing is not the refund milestone
Clause 4.5 of the opened PDF links fee refund to passing evaluation, continuing funded trading and completing four reward splits. Evaluation completion alone is insufficient.

Use a programme-specific record
Keep the original programme fee, account identifier and completed reward events together. Requests, approvals and received rewards should not be counted interchangeably without clarification.
Check current assigned terms
The PDF is dated March 2026 while current help updates eligibility. Confirm the purchased programme's agreement before advertising the historical refund wording as universal.
Closure can change the outcome
The suspension FAQ says rule or eligibility closure is not eligible for fee return. Four simulated profits do not replace four qualifying reward events or cure a restriction.
