Orion registration type and KYB ownership evidence
Compare Orion's natural-person, entrepreneur and company agreement routes, including the limited registration-type change and beneficial-owner document requirements.
First purchase sets registration type
The FAQ says the initial purchase selects the registration type, with one permitted change after evaluation and before the next trading cycle. It is not freely editable at every payout.

Diagram explained
Choose the correct agreement and KYB route
- Type chosen at first purchase
- One change in a defined window
- UBO evidence is not a bank balance
Entrepreneur checks add business records
Entrepreneur verification adds registration, representative and ownership details to personal identity checks. The source asks for recent registration evidence, not only a personal bank statement.
Company ownership has its own proof
The FAQ requires identification of owners above 25% and does not accept bank statements as ownership proof. Multi-layer structures need legal-existence records for each entity.
Entity status cannot bypass personal eligibility
The eligibility page says beneficial owners must individually qualify; the legal FAQ excludes specified nonprofit/trust structures. Incorporating elsewhere does not remove a restricted person's eligibility issue.
