Top One Trader: static versus trailing loss

Distinguish the current PRO v2 static loss floor from FLASH trailing drawdown, using a hypothetical worksheet that separates equity from realized balance.

Use the named models

The drawdown FAQ contrasts PRO v2's static floor with FLASH's trailing floor. This is not a universal statement about every Top One Trader product. Write the model name directly above the formula.

Track equity against the correct loss floor.

  1. PRO v2: static overall floor
  2. FLASH: trailing until lock
  3. Include open P&L and costs

Calculate a static example

Hypothetical $50,000 PRO v2 initial size with the published 9% total-loss allowance gives a $45,500 floor: $50,000 − $4,500. Profit growth does not move that static overall floor.

Contrast the trailing calculation

Hypothetical $50,000 FLASH starts with a $3,500 allowance at 7%. If the relevant peak becomes $52,000, the illustrated trailing arithmetic gives $48,500 until the published lock condition applies. Verify the account's current floor on its dashboard.

Use equity including costs

The FAQ includes open trades, commissions and swaps in the loss test. A closed-balance-only spreadsheet can miss the boundary while positions remain open. Vietnam is restricted; these examples explain formulas rather than access.
