Do not promise a refund
The older eligibility FAQ describes a narrow refund after failed funded checks; the newer prohibited-country FAQ says those failures are not eligible for refunds. These statements conflict. Get the applicable written terms rather than budgeting on recovery.

The current country FAQ identifies limited jurisdictions that may remain Funded Sim without Live access. Confirm the exact permission for a person's citizenship and residence; passing evaluation alone does not settle all funded-stage checks.
