Valetax withdrawals: available margin, pending status and copied deposit text

Separate Valetax withdrawal eligibility from deposit-page timings, check available margin and preserve the right evidence when a request remains pending.

Do not use a deposit step as a withdrawal instruction

Valetax's page titled How to Withdraw contains steps saying to enter an amount to deposit and start trading. Its payment-method cards also label minimum deposit. These labels cannot support an instant-withdrawal promise. Use the actual withdrawal screen for the selected account and route.

Separate balance from the amount free to withdraw

Section 10 of the opened SVG terms describes withdrawing available margin while excluding extra margin and unrealized cashbacks/rebates. A visible account balance therefore needs a separate withdrawable-funds check. Preserve the entity scope; do not apply this agreement automatically to a Mauritius account.

Diagnose pending and rejection differently

The payment FAQ describes pending as queued processing and lists verification, entered details and insufficient margin among rejection reasons. Record the exact status rather than repeatedly submitting requests. Check each cause against the actual message; a generic FAQ is not an account-specific diagnosis.

Keep a traceable support request

Keep the request reference, submission time, route and redacted status privately. If the provider reports release, request the transfer evidence needed by the recipient. The support-contact guidance is not a receipt deadline, and external charges remain distinct from any provider fee.
