VT Markets withdrawals: timing, fees and status checks
VT Markets withdrawals: distinguish approval from arrival, check method-specific fees, understand return-to-source rules and handle a delayed request.
What should you check first?
Existing customers should open Withdrawal in the Client Portal; a new registration is not the route for resolving a withdrawal. VT Markets says available methods and limits are configured by registered region. A route listed in general help is not available to every account. Its stated rule returns funds through the original funding method until the deposited amount has been cleared.

Diagram explained
An estimate is not a payment guarantee
- Submit request: Keep reference and method
- Approval and deduction: Start of the arrival estimate
- Funds received: Reconcile charges and FX
How long does it take? Start at the right stage
The help page describes a typical 1–7 working-day window after approval and deduction from the trading account. Its estimates are 3–7 days for cards and international wires, and 1–3 days for e-wallets, crypto and local transfers, depending on the payment provider. These are method-specific estimates, not a promise measured from the moment you submit.
Fees: a free route does not guarantee the net amount
The fee page lists no handling charge for the first wire withdrawal each month and an equivalent USD 20 per subsequent wire request that month. It also lists Skrill at 1% and Neteller at 2%. Intermediary, bank and conversion charges can affect receipt; check the selected route’s current fee display before confirming.
A practical reconciliation example
Hypothetical example: you submit on Monday, but approval and deduction occur on Wednesday. When querying arrival, provide both timestamps rather than only Monday’s date. Keep the request reference, route, amount/currency, approval time and relevant statement. Ask support whether the request awaits approval, has been released or is with the bank/payment provider. Never send passwords or one-time codes.
