The same brand can lead to different contracts
XM is a brand used across an international group. For a customer, the operational question is which company will sign the account agreement. XM's public about page identifies XM Global Limited and a Belize licence, while account pages fetched during this review identified Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited in Cyprus and an EEA audience. These are different scopes. A review that copies a licence from one page and prices from another can create a product that no customer actually receives. Start your comparison with the legal entity, then attach every fee and feature to that scope.

A translated URL does not settle eligibility
A Vietnamese, Indonesian or Chinese page tells you the language, not necessarily the company that can accept you. Regional routing and page variants can affect what a visitor sees. During this check, even the Indonesian and traditional Chinese account pages returned a Cyprus footer. That observation does not prove which account a resident of Vietnam will receive. Before funding, read the proposed agreement and request written clarification if the company name differs from the review you used. Keep the answer alongside your registration documents. Do not use a location workaround to infer an entitlement that the provider has not confirmed.
