What should you prepare before withdrawing?

Start with the exact account or program

XM lists the following withdrawal routes: Public FAQ lists cards, bank/local transfers and e-wallets; individual availability must be checked in WebTrader/App Funding. No third-party payment accounts. The applicable entity or contract scope is: XM Global Limited reports Belize FSC licence 8557558; this does not establish Cyprus protection for a Global client.

A method name in a general help page does not prove that it is enabled for your country, account currency or program. Check the logged-in portal and the terms for the entity that onboarded you.

Processing time differs from arrival time

  1. Before requesting: Check method and payee
  2. During processing: Keep reference and status
  3. On receipt: Reconcile your payment account

Separate review time from arrival time

The XM processing or payout timing statement reviewed by FINEX is: FAQ states automated processing; card/bank arrival typically 2–5 business days. XM states no own withdrawal fee; international wire own-bank fees covered from USD 200. Confirm entity and provider charges.

Write down three timestamps: request submission, provider approval and funds received. Card issuers, banks, blockchain confirmation and payment processors may add time after the provider marks a request complete.

Fees, limits and identity checks

Check the current schedule for XM before sending a request. The reviewed eligibility or condition statement is: The source describes citizenship exclusions for the US, Canada, Israel, Iran and sanctioned countries. A residence-only selector cannot establish account eligibility from this wording. Confirm nationality and the serving XM entity. Not stated in the reviewed source set.

Confirm minimums, maximums, internal handling charges, currency conversion, return-to-source rules and required identity documents. Never send funds or identity data to a contact that you have not verified through the official account portal.

Keep a useful evidence trail

Save the accepted terms, selected withdrawal route, request reference, confirmation messages and receiving-bank or wallet details. If a request is delayed, ask support to identify the stage and any missing requirement in writing.

A published method or processing estimate is not a guarantee of successful payment. If an amount is material to you, verify the exact route and fees with the provider before making a deposit, purchasing a challenge or moving assets.

Explore accounts and payment options

If you are choosing a broker, check the payment methods available where you live. If you already have an account, use the client area or broker support for a withdrawal request.
