AvaTrade inactivity and administration fee calendar
Distinguish AvaTrade's published three-month inactivity charge from the annual administration charge, and keep a hypothetical budget separate from actual eligibility.
Two clocks, not one fee
The fees page describes recurring inactivity periods after three months of non-use and a separate annual administration charge after twelve months, unless prohibited by law.

Diagram explained
Check the recorded terms before acting
- Three-month inactivity periods
- Separate twelve-month charge
- USD 300 is conditional arithmetic
Use the correct account currency
It lists USD 50, EUR 50 or GBP 50 for inactivity and 100 in those currencies for administration. Those equal-looking numerals are different currencies, not converted equivalents.
Label any projection as conditional
If four USD 50 periods and one USD 100 administration fee all applied, the hypothetical total would be USD 300. That arithmetic does not decide actual assessment dates or exemptions.
Separate dormant-account cost from trading cost
Spread is incorporated in the quote, while overnight funding and dormant-account fees have other triggers. Reconcile ledger entries instead of adding all published fees to every trade.
