BG Futures: KYC and payment ownership
Prepare the identity and payment-ownership checks in Blue Guardian Futures' current onboarding guidance without confusing successful purchase with payout eligibility.
A purchase is not a KYC result
The Futures introduction requires completed KYC before payout and restricts Vietnam. Payment acceptance does not override either requirement. Confirm access conditions before considering any service purchase.

Diagram explained
Match identity, payment owner and valid documents.
- Purchase ≠ completed KYC
- Trader and payer must match
- Check validity and address date
Match ownership fields
The registered trader, cardholder and billing address must match under the published payment policy. Use a comparison list before paying; a relative's card is not an interchangeable funding route under that policy.
Check document freshness
The introduction lists valid identity documents, a live selfie or video and address evidence within three months. Record document expiry and address dates locally; submit only through the provider's official verification flow.
Retain a case file
For a failed check, save the rejection reason, submission date and support reference without sending sensitive files through public chat. The provider describes ongoing verification; a prior approval is not a permanent exemption.
