Capital.com: below-minimum and full-balance withdrawals
Read each method together with its currency, including Google Pay and small-balance treatment.
Withdrawal and deposit minima differ
Fees gives card withdrawals from USD/EUR/GBP 20 versus deposits from ten. Bahamas help lists Google Pay at EUR 20 but GBP/USD 50. Twenty is not universal across methods and currencies.

Do not use the deposit gate as withdrawal minimum

A USD 12 balance example
Help allows only a full-balance withdrawal below the minimum. An eligible USD 12 balance does not establish a USD 5 partial withdrawal: the exception is the entire balance, subject to account/method checks.
