Eightcap Raw: commission per side and standard lot
Calculate Eightcap Raw's published USD commission on a hypothetical trade size, separating the round-trip amount from spread, financing and other account currencies.
Start with the charging unit
The account table specifies USD 3.50 each side per standard lot for USD accounts. The same table lists GBP 2.25 and EUR 2.75, so currency matters.

Diagram explained
Check the recorded terms before acting
- USD 3.50 / side / standard lot
- 0.20 lot → USD 0.70 per side
- USD 1.40 excludes other costs
Work a hypothetical size
Assuming proportional charging without additional rounding, 0.20 standard lot in the USD schedule gives USD 0.70 each side and USD 1.40 for opening plus closing.
Add rather than replace spread
Raw's advertised spread from zero is a minimum, not the average on the hypothetical trade. A USD 1.40 commission illustration does not establish the complete cost.
Keep the product boundary
The TradingView FAQ says eligible FX Raw pricing depends on entity and registration options. Share CFDs and other instruments require their own specifications; do not copy this FX example universally.
