Eightcap withdrawals: review and card-refund sequence
Trace Eightcap's finance review and payment-provider stages, including split original-card refunds, profit routing and evidence for a closed funding method.
Start the review clock correctly
The withdrawal page states finance review can take 1–2 business days before the method-specific processing periods. Its table is not a promise that every request arrives within the review window.

Diagram explained
Check the recorded terms before acting
- Review: 1–2 business days
- Original cards can split refunds
- Profit via bank after deposit return
Match refunds to original deposits
The FAQ says card refunds are matched to deposit transactions within a 30-day window, starting closest to expiry. Several cards can therefore produce split refunds.
Route profit after deposit return
Once deposits have been fully refunded, the page treats the remaining withdrawal as profit paid by bank wire. Verify each original refund before assuming the entire request belongs on one card.
Preserve closed-source documentation
For an unavailable original method, Eightcap requests support verification and official closure evidence before authorising an alternative. Internal zero-fee wording also excludes possible external provider charges.
