eToro: separate CFD cash charges

Use different entry and exit values to distinguish cash fees from execution slippage.

On this page 4 sections

Two spread layers

Fees describes CFD execution at raw market prices with a separate opening/closing spread cash charge. Market spread still affects prices. A separate fee line does not imply identical bid and ask.

Diagram explained

USD 6.15 before other costs

  1. Assume 0.15% on each side
  2. USD 2,000 entry → USD 3
  3. USD 2,100 exit → USD 3.15

Changing-value example

For an assumed stock CFD subject to 0.15%, USD 2,000 entry value gives USD 3 and USD 2,100 exit value gives USD 3.15. Total USD 6.15 excludes market spread, financing and conversion.

Do not pool instruments

The currency table uses symbol-specific percentages, while low-price US stock CFDs have a separate cents-per-unit rule. Do not substitute one group headline and call the illustration a live quote.

Reconcile the right company

Retain the CFD label, units, entry/exit values and statement charges. The licence page distinguishes investment and e-money firms; funding schedules do not define CFD fees. No execution test is reported.
