eToro: USD versus local withdrawals
Treat the minimum, fixed withdrawal charge and FX conversion as separate checks.
Different accounts
Fees lists a USD 5 external withdrawal charge and USD 30 minimum for USD investment accounts. Eligible local-currency accounts lack that withdrawal charge and minimum; residence controls availability.

Diagram explained
Separate withdrawal and FX charges
- USD: USD 30 minimum, USD 5 fee
- 5 / 50 = 10%; 5 / 500 = 1%
- Local accounts depend on residence
Compare the proportion
If USD 5 applies to a USD 50 request, it represents 10%; on USD 500 it is 1%. These are request-relative fee ratios, not verified net receipts or advice to move more money.

Avoid false additions
Conversion distinguishes account transfers from differently denominated funding. It retains promotional deadlines already past in 2026; its old recurring waiver cannot establish a current general conversion exemption.

Check the receiving route
Check account, request and receiving-bank currencies; local-money providers are separately named. CFD fees do not replace transfer costs. Local accounts may be useful where offered, without establishing Vietnamese access.
