FXT activation deposits: account threshold versus payment minimum
Free account creation is separate from activation funding; account thresholds, payment-method limits and credited funds must be checked independently.
No setup charge is not no funding requirement
The July fee guide says creating a trading account is free, then separately lists USD activation thresholds. These are required funding amounts rather than a non-refundable account-opening fee.

Diagram explained
Check account threshold and payment minimum separately
- Creation fee: none stated
- Standard USD activation: $50
- Credited balance ≠ confirmed activation
Read the named USD account
The published thresholds are USD $50 for Standard and Raw Spread, and $100 for Standard Pro and Standard Plus. Other base currencies use the amount shown in that account’s Client Portal.

Credited funds are the key state
The account guide distinguishes a pending payment from money credited to the intended account. It allows cumulative qualifying credits or eligible completed internal transfers, but satisfying funding alone does not prove trading activation.

Payment minimum and margin differ
A payment provider can impose a separate transaction minimum. For example, two credited $25 deposits could meet a $50 account threshold only if that method and account permit them; this does not establish margin sufficiency or eligibility.
