Lark Instant: withdrawal lock and remaining buffer

Calculate a hypothetical remaining buffer after a Lark Instant withdrawal, keeping the first-request lock and eight-percent milestone separate from payout approval.

On this page 4 sections

Two events can trigger the lock

The Instant FAQ locks trailing drawdown at initial balance on the first withdrawal request or an 8% gain. A request can therefore matter before the trader receives cash.

Diagram explained

Leave the intended trading buffer

  1. First request or 8% gain locks
  2. USD 4,000 − USD 1,500 = USD 2,500
  3. Full withdrawal can breach

Use a hypothetical withdrawal

Assume virtual initial USD 50,000 and USD 4,000 gains, with a locked USD 50,000 floor. Withdrawing USD 1,500 leaves USD 2,500 of gains above that floor.

Taking every gain can close the account

The FAQ explicitly says withdrawing all gains breaches the account, even though the chosen withdrawal can still be received under its described process. It is not a promise of continued access.

Keep payout conditions separate

The remaining-buffer arithmetic does not establish identity approval, Rise availability or compliance with other programme rules. All balances remain simulated until an eligible contractual reward is paid.
