Leveraged fee return: untraded cooling-off and third reward
The 27 October 2026 terms allow fourteen-day cancellation before any trade and separately return an eligible evaluation fee with the third reward. Neither route is guaranteed cost recovery after trading. CySEC’s 7 April warning and the all-simulated service scope remain material.
Cancellation precedes the first trade
Current section 9.1 permits a full refund within fourteen days only if no trade has been placed. Running a small platform test on that paid account changes the ordinary refund position. Record purchase date and untraded status rather than assuming a withdrawal policy applies.

Diagram explained
Two refund routes have different triggers
- Cooling-off: 14 days, no trades
- Fee return: third received reward
- Initial budget: illustrative $150
Third reward is a different trigger
Section 9.2 and the dedicated fee FAQ tie the eligible evaluation-fee return to three received rewards. Passing or submitting three requests does not establish three received rewards. Check whether extras, resets or activation costs belong to the eligible fee instead of assuming everything returns.

A cash budget should not spend the return early
In an independent example, $120 access plus $30 unrelated tools requires $150 initially. A possible later $120 return does not reduce today’s cash need. These amounts are illustrative, not Leveraged prices or a suggestion that reward conditions will be met.

Contract version matters on this review date
The opened terms are version 2.0 effective 27 October 2026 and distinguish simulations from investments. Save the version accepted at purchase; the FAQ and headline “up to 95%” need not establish a default split or payment time for every programme. Retain the exact regulator warning alongside the contract.
