Leveraged review: ONE rules and the dated CySEC warning
CySEC’s 7 April 2026 warning names getleveraged.com as not belonging to an authorised investment-services entity. Leveraged’s 27 October terms describe all accounts as simulated services. This informational review does not infer regulatory approval or recommend registration.
What the warning establishes
The warning concerns authorisation for investment services and activities. It does not itself adjudicate every contractual simulation product, and FINEX makes no unsupported fraud finding. The precise warning remains material even though current terms say the service is not a broker.

Diagram explained
Do not equate billing location with authorisation
- CySEC warning: 7 April 2026
- Current terms: every account simulated
- ONE: 6% target / 3% daily limit
Operator and billing agent differ
Current terms name GetLeveraged Ltd in Saint Lucia, number 2025-00808, as provider and Leveraged Capital Management Ltd in Cyprus as billing agent only. Payment to a Cyprus company does not create a CySEC-authorised trading account. All balances and positions remain virtual under those terms.

ONE has its own practical gates
The named ONE page lists a 6% target, 6% trailing loss limit, 3% daily limit and 80% reward share. Rewards require three days each earning at least 0.5% and 20% consistency. A one-step label therefore does not mean one-day cash eligibility.

Country absence does not clear an applicant
Vietnam is absent from the reviewed website exclusion list, but checks still cover residence, identity and sanctions. The current terms prohibit false addresses and circumvention. Given the dated warning and source conflicts, review the actual counterparty and programme version before any financial decision.
