Leveraged news rule: five-minute window includes automatic exits
Leveraged’s news FAQ restricts execution around high-impact releases on all programmes except Sprint, including TP, SL and partial closes. Current terms describe simulations only. CySEC’s 7 April 2026 warning names the domain; this is rule analysis, not registration advice.
Use the dashboard calendar
The provider identifies its own dashboard calendar as the official event-time source. For an independent 14:00 event, the stated window is five minutes before and after. Save calendar and platform timestamps together instead of importing another provider’s event list.

Diagram explained
Order placement time does not exempt execution
- News window: −5 to +5 minutes
- TP / SL / partial closes included
- Named exception: Sprint only
Pending orders remain execution events
A stop, limit, take-profit or stop-loss that executes inside the window is included even if placed earlier. Positions may remain open through news but cannot be partially or fully closed during the window. Manual inactivity is not an exemption.

Consequences depend on the pattern
The FAQ lists removal of affected profits, repeats, restrictions or termination according to severity and frequency. It does not promise every event is only a harmless deduction. Keep a complete order history if requesting a review under the terms.

Do not transfer the Sprint exception
ONE is a distinct programme and the news FAQ’s sole named exception is Sprint. A lower target or automatic system does not broaden that exception. The authorisation warning and simulated nature remain separate counterparty issues before evaluating any strategy.
