Legal entity and country eligibility
Contracting entity: The contracting entity and available services depend on your residence and the account terms presented during onboarding. This profile does not assign one global entity; verify the exact legal name before depositing. Regulatory disclosure: FINEX has not independently checked every regulator register or mapped every country to its serving entity. A company registration or exchange listing alone is not proof of a financial-services licence.
Access may differ by residence even when the brand's website is globally reachable. The reviewed eligibility note is: Vietnam is not named in the current agreement; this is not a local-licence or acceptance finding. The list is non-exhaustive and adds sanctions/FATF conditions. Regional restrictions and product availability require separate confirmation. Use the terms shown after selecting your residence, then keep the agreement and fee schedule tied to that entity.
The reviewed MEXC withdrawal routes are: On-chain withdrawal availability, supported networks, minimums and fees vary by asset and can change. Fiat withdrawal methods depend on country and payment provider. Check the live withdrawal screen. The provider's processing note says: A published withdrawal process is not evidence of tested payout reliability. FINEX has not performed a withdrawal test; review security holds, identity checks, limits and network fees before funding.
For a crypto transfer, confirm the asset, destination network, minimum, network charge and address controls on the withdrawal screen. A supported token on one network does not mean the same asset can be received safely on another. Test with a small amount when appropriate; blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
Security disclosures and practical checks
The security material reviewed for MEXC states: Security, reserve and audit statements on this page link to provider publications. They are not an independent proof of liabilities, solvency, asset segregation or continuous withdrawal access.
A provider's published controls are not a guarantee against loss, account compromise or insolvency. Enable strong account security, verify withdrawal-address protections, and understand whether client assets are held by the entity named in your terms.
