MEXC KYC: what verification changes for trading and funding
Read MEXC's verification requirements for trading and funding, distinguish access levels and keep fee eligibility separate from identity approval.
Discard the old no-KYC assumption
MEXC's February 2026 notice requires identity verification for trading and funding access. Viewing prices or announcements without verification is not the same as being able to deposit, trade or withdraw. Check your current verification status before sending funds.

Diagram explained
Review the configured scope before using funds
- Check verification status
- Confirm permitted services
- Then inspect product fees
Choose the verification task that matches your need
The notice distinguishes primary and advanced verification and their published feature and limit scope. A published ceiling is not a promise that every request below it will proceed. Regional restrictions and account checks remain relevant after verification.

Identity checks and fee eligibility are separate
Completing KYC does not fix one universal trading rate or activate every token discount. The fee page makes rates and MX deductions conditional on the account, pair and applicable events. Verify funding access first, then inspect the product's actual fee.

Prepare a useful compliance support record
If access remains restricted, record the exact notice, verification stage and request reference through official support. The user agreement allows additional information requests and account controls. Do not assume repeating a deposit or opening another account resolves the underlying review.
