Spreadex withdrawals: available funds, cards and timing
Withdrawals use funds not supporting positions; card caps, original payment source and receiving-bank estimates affect the route and timing.
Available funds differ from equity
The withdrawal page sets a £5 minimum from funds not supporting open positions; when the available balance is below £5, the full amount can be withdrawn. Margin tied to positions is not freely withdrawable cash.

Diagram explained
Choose the route using actual available funds
- Withdrawable funds exclude margin support
- Card transaction cap: £25,000
- Bank receipt can follow processing
Use the supported return route
Card withdrawals return to the depositing card, with alternatives if that card is no longer held. Payments must be in the account holder’s name; a third party’s bank account is not a substitute.

Caps apply per transaction
The page caps card and Apple Pay/Google Pay withdrawals at £25,000 per transaction and permits multiple daily withdrawals. This operational cap is separate from the account’s available funds and required verification.

Treat times as estimates
Card issuers may need two to five working days despite quicker processing claims. Standard withdrawals are free, while optional same-day CHAPS has a £25 fee; these are published conditions, not tested receipt times.
