Diagram explained
Match the regional legal account, not a group brand
- City Index UK → StoneX Trading
- Relaunch: 9 Sep 2026
- Spread betting: UK / Ireland residents
Use the UK legal service
The UK trading pages identify StoneX Financial Ltd as an execution-only provider. A shared group name does not import FOREX.com account terms, institutional services or another subsidiary’s protections into this contract.

Residence routes the application
The account FAQ says residence determines the eligible entity and restricts spread betting to UK and Ireland residents. The reviewed pages do not confirm Vietnam-resident acceptance for a different account.

An account choice also selects technology
The standard CFD account works with web/mobile and can connect to TradingView, while MT4 and MT5 require specific accounts. A platform logo therefore does not mean one credential opens every service.
