TPT PRO: buffer first, wallet fee second
Day-one eligibility is conditional on the PRO buffer; a later wallet withdrawal can have another fee. Vietnam is restricted.
Day one is not an unconditional entitlement
The October PRO guide states an 80/20 split and requires building the buffer before withdrawal. Its $50K example reaches $52,000 before starting withdrawals at the stated split. Do not read the homepage headline as permission to withdraw the nominal starting balance.

Diagram explained
A reward split and a wallet fee are different deductions
- $50K PRO example: buffer balance $52K
- Wallet request $250 → TPT fee $50
- External payment fees may remain
Account-to-wallet and wallet-to-recipient differ
The support pages separate PRO withdrawal rules from wallet withdrawal fees. First establish the approved reward and its movement to the wallet; then inspect the recipient route. Approval at one stage does not prove the bank or payment service has credited funds.

The $250 boundary changes the fee
The wallet guide waives TPT fees above $250 but charges $50 for $250 or less. A hypothetical $250 wallet request therefore leaves $200 before any external charges. PayPal may add its own fee. This arithmetic does not change the earlier PRO profit split.

Do not buy access to solve a restriction
Vietnam appears in TPT’s restricted-country policy. Existing-account questions belong with official support, including any account-close buffer rule. This article does not advise closing an account to unlock money or guarantee a payout after closure.
