The5ers prop firm rules: fees, drawdown and payout terms

A program-specific The5ers guide to evaluation rules, loss limits, fees, reward conditions and the contracting party. Confirm the exact plan before buying.

What the newer named policy adds

Use the named High Stakes rules and verify the purchased version: generic 2-Step pages publish conflicting parameters. Cash refund and nonwithdrawable Hub Credit are different.

Read the conditions and update

The High Stakes fee policy dated 14 September 2026 divides return into 10% Hub Credit after step one, 20% after step two and a 70% funded-stage cash-refund component. The cash part applies to externally paid funds and has first-payout conditions, including the stated $150 profit and 14 active days.

Named High Stakes FAQs list payout cap/minimum P&L of $3,000/$300 for $50K and $4,000/$500 for $100K. The separate $150 minimum withdrawal after split is not the same metric. Resolve any contract-specific conflict before relying on the general withdrawal FAQ.

Identify the exact The5ers program

The5ers programme: Named High Stakes page: two phases, New targets 10%/5%, 3 profitable days per phase, MT5 Hedge; not generic trading days. Fee: Generic 2-Step page advertises $100k New $149 / Classic $179 but other risk terms conflict with High Stakes; exact High Stakes fee requires checkout confirmation.

A firm may offer several account sizes, evaluation paths or simulated environments. This article does not merge them. Before paying, save the exact checkout, rulebook and agreement for the selected program; verify whether reset, activation, taxes or platform charges are extra.

Drawdown, targets and trading constraints

Profit target: Phase 1: 10%; Phase 2: 5% Confirm the purchased High Stakes version; current public pages contain conflicting program terms. Daily loss limit: Named High Stakes FAQ says 5% of the higher prior-day closing balance/equity at 00:00 server time. Generic 2-Step FAQ instead says 3%; confirm the purchased contract version. Maximum loss limit: High Stakes maximum loss is 10% of initial balance, an absolute/static drawdown.

Do not compare percentages until you know the calculation base, reset time, equity treatment and whether the limit trails. The reviewed restriction note is: Executing orders within 2 minutes before/after high-impact news is prohibited; profits are removed, losses remain. Holding trades through news is allowed. A limit breach can close an account even when a headline target was reached.

Payout, profit share and platform rules

The reviewed payout disclosure states: General withdrawal FAQ: first request 14 days after funded activation; then every 2 weeks from last approved withdrawal; scaling restarts the timer. Close all trades first. The profit-share statement is: Not stated in the reviewed source set.

A stated payout cycle is not a guarantee that a request is approved or arrives on that date. Check minimum trading days, consistency rules, first-payout timing, payment rails, identity checks and any account-stage conditions. Platforms or environment terms reviewed: Non-US: MT5, cTrader (+$10), TradingView; US: TradingView Evaluation is simulated; Pro/funded status depends on separate eligibility and agreement. Do not describe evaluation account size as withdrawable client capital.

Contracting party and eligibility

The contracting-party disclosure reviewed for The5ers is: Terms list FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD in England/Wales (12553363) and Israel (515864007); provider disclosures do not identify one universal customer counterparty. Country, identity-verification and prohibited-strategy conditions may be separate from the trading rules.

The5ers: The5ers welcomes adults worldwide except its exclusion list; Vietnam is outside that list. US residents cannot use MetaQuotes platforms. Ukraine restrictions concern specified territories. Nationality, residency and final KYC checks apply. Scope: The5ers services under the current general terms.
