Tickmill withdrawals: why the contracting entity changes the answer

Separate the EU public fee statement from a Seychelles contractual exception.

One group does not mean one fee policy

During review, the general withdrawal URL redirected to Tickmill Europe Ltd. Its page states no broker withdrawal fee while banks or wallets may charge. That statement does not establish fee-free withdrawals for every Tickmill customer.

Clarify terms; do not trade more merely to withdraw

  1. Identify the contracting company
  2. EU statement ≠ every entity
  3. 1,000 × 5.2% = USD52

Read the Seychelles contractual exception

Tickmill Ltd’s May 2026 agreement, clause 4.7(viii), reserves a withdrawal charge up to 5.2% where trading activity since the last deposit is insufficient. This is conditional, not a routine charge on every withdrawal, and not a reason to trade more.

An example of why scope matters

On an illustrative USD1,000 withdrawal, 5.2% equals USD52 if that clause applies at its maximum. This only illustrates the ceiling; FINEX has not established whether a particular account will incur or avoid it.

Prepare the question before submitting

Find the company on your agreement, request its applicable fee schedule and ask for any conditional-charge explanation. Broker processing differs from bank credit. Keep the response with the request reference; EU timing does not promise arrival in Vietnam.
