Trading.com US: sub-USD 25 withdrawal closure
The agreement’s small-withdrawal exception is linked to account closure rather than ordinary partial withdrawal.
Currently linked agreement
The October 2024 Customer Agreement remains linked on 27 October 2026. Section 12 lists USD 25 minimum, yet processes smaller requests with account closure. Below-minimum requests are not described as universally rejected.

Diagram explained
Confirm closure and availability before requesting
- Published minimum: USD 25
- Below USD 25: processed with account closure
- USD 20 example is not ordinary partial withdrawal
Small-balance example
Assume USD 20 available: do not treat this exception as an ordinary partial withdrawal retaining an active T1 account. Confirm closure processing, remaining positions and actual receipts; do not add funding merely to reach USD 25.

Availability after margin
The agreement permits withdrawal above margin requirements and allows restrictions with open orders during volatility. Margin resets daily, so yesterday’s balance does not establish today’s withdrawable amount.

Funding source and jurisdiction
The source returns funds to the originating bank and may request further evidence. T1’s USD 50 funding is not a withdrawal minimum; US CFTC/NFA status does not override the agreement’s residence restriction for Vietnamese residents.
