The stock FAQ identifies Alpaca execution and custody; the legal hub links Alpaca’s customer agreement. Read both documents because the introducing service and execution broker have different responsibilities.
Shares are not a CFD balance
The stock terms address custody, dividends and settlement. A displayed position therefore requires its own stock documentation; a CFD price page cannot establish share ownership or withdrawal rights.
