Ability fee refund: first payout, fee threshold and starting split

Ability’s fee return accompanies a qualifying first payout only when its payout-amount condition exceeds the fee and the account remains compliant. The knowledge centre describes an initial 75% share, not universal 90%. Passing evaluation is not a cash refund event.

The first clock starts in the named funded phase

The knowledge centre says fourteen days from the first trade in Ability Live, then biweekly requests. Evaluation trading days do not automatically start that clock. Identity checks and an unbreached account still precede payment eligibility.

Refund and reward cash are separate budget items

  2. Initial share described:75%
  3. Fee return: additional payout-size condition

Do not spend the refund before qualification

The refund article requires the payout amount to exceed the fee and continued compliance. It allows a standard 75% withdrawal if the refund condition is not yet met. Confirm whether the threshold is assessed before or after the split rather than inventing a gross/net rule.

Split arithmetic changes expected cash

For independent eligible profit $800,75% gives $600 and 85% gives $680 before adjustments. The 85% rate needs the stated performance conditions, and 90% is linked to further account growth. The larger advertised ceiling is not the default contract outcome.

Budget the original payment independently

An independent $100 fee and $25 external tools require $125 cash initially. A conditional fee return does not fund that purchase. Keep payout approval, fee return and actual receipt as separate records; published processing estimates are provider statements, not FINEX tests.
